When We Are Married by J.B.Priestley
Thursday, Friday and Saturday 11th - 13th May 2006
When We Are Married is a barbed satire set in turn-of-the-century Yorkshire. Three couples (pillars of the chapel and the community and awash with Edwardian respectability) are celebrating their joint Silver Wedding Anniversary. Their pomposity and pretence are swept away when a bombshell revelation suggests that their collective unions are not legal.
Directed by Gill Reid and produced by Sarah Graham.
